Orders are confirmed only once agreed between Karoo Forge and the customer. Custom-built items may require lead time before completion.

Delivery may be available depending on location. Delivery costs may vary based on distance and order size. Customer collection may also be arranged where applicable.

4. Product Appearance

Because products are handcrafted concrete items, slight texture or finish variations may occur. This is part of the natural character of the product.
